30-Day Warranty

Every part sold by Sun Coast Cycle Sports includes a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Our warranty covers defects and conditions that were not described in the product listing. If a part does not function as described, we will make it right with a full refund or replacement.

What’s Covered

  • Defects not described in the product listing
  • Parts that do not match the description or photos
  • Incorrect parts shipped (wrong fitment, wrong part number)
  • Parts damaged during shipping (file within 48 hours of delivery)

What’s Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear after installation
  • Items clearly marked as “sold as-is” or “for parts only” in the listing
  • Parts returned after the 30-day warranty period
  • Cosmetic issues that were shown in the product photos

Our Quality Process

Before any part is listed on our website, it goes through our quality process:

  1. Vehicle inspection — Every vehicle is evaluated by our team upon arrival at our facility
  2. Careful removal — Parts are removed by experienced technicians to avoid damage
  3. Testing & inspection — Parts are inspected and tested where applicable
  4. Accurate photography — Every part is individually photographed so you see the exact item you’ll receive
  5. Detailed listing — Condition, fitment, and any defects are clearly described

We process roughly 1,000 vehicles per year and maintain an inventory of over 100,000 individual parts.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your part is covered under warranty, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos of the defect if applicable
  3. We will respond with instructions — typically within 1 business day
  4. If approved, we will provide a return label (at our expense) and issue a refund or replacement
