Shipping

  • At SCCS we always offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING to the lower 48 states.
  • No Minimums
  • Includes Motors, Frames, Wheels, Tires and other large items.
  • If you need expedited shipping please contact us for a quote. We usually have a 1 day handling time and most packages arrive within 5 days.
  • For international customer, please contact us for shipping quotes.

 

Freight Policy

There are a few very important steps regarding how to accept your freight shipment. 
 
Step 1) 
When delivery arrives, you must inspect the package / pallet immediately. do not sign anything before you inspect! Carefully look at the freight shipment, especially if the contents are fragile. 
 
Step 2)
Make sure the contents are in listed condition. If there is any damage, small or large, record in on the drivers ticket BEFORE YOU SIGN for it.
 
Step 3)
If there is damage that has been reported on the driver's ticket, please accept the freight and contact us for further assistance.
 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
