Used ZForce 800 Parts

Sun Coast Cycle Sports stocks used OEM parts for the CFMoto ZForce 800, the sport side-by-side UTV in CFMoto's off-road lineup. The ZForce 800 uses an 800cc liquid-cooled V-twin engine shared with the CForce 800 ATV platform, paired with a CVT automatic transmission, selectable 2WD/4WD, and sport-tuned suspension. Available in Trail (50-inch width, trail-legal) and EX (60-inch width, improved stability) configurations, the ZForce 800 is designed for recreational trail riding with a focus on performance and agility. Each part is individually inspected, photographed, and ships from our Odessa, Florida facility.

ZForce 800 generation and parts compatibility

The ZForce 800 shares its 800cc V-twin engine with the CForce 800 ATV and UForce 800 utility UTV. Engine internals may cross over between all three platforms, giving parts buyers multiple donor sources. The ZForce 800's sport UTV chassis, suspension, cage, and bodywork are specific to the ZForce application.

The Trail (50-inch) and EX (60-inch) variants share the same engine and CVT but differ in chassis width, A-arm dimensions, and some suspension components. Engine and drivetrain parts interchange between the two width configurations, but suspension A-arms, axles, and some frame components are variant-specific.

The ZForce 800 does not share its engine with the ZForce 950 Sport (963cc V-twin) or the ZForce 500 (495cc single). Each ZForce displacement class uses a different engine.

Common ZForce 800 failure points and replacement parts

CVT belt wear: Sport UTV riding with aggressive acceleration, hill climbing, and mud puts heavy stress on the CVT belt. Belt replacements are the single most critical consumable. Sport riders may go through belts every 500-1,500 miles depending on riding intensity.

CV boots and axle assemblies: The sport suspension's long travel and aggressive riding tear CV boots. CV boot kits and complete axle assemblies are among the most frequently replaced drivetrain items.

Suspension components: Sport riding puts extraordinary stress on A-arms, ball joints, tie rods, and shock absorbers. Component replacement is frequent on machines ridden hard on rough trails. Shock rebuilds and A-arm assemblies are common maintenance items.

ROPS cage and bodywork: Roll-overs, tip-overs, and trail contact damage the cage, doors, roof, and body panels. Cage components, door assemblies, and plastic bodywork are in steady demand from sport UTV riders.

Brake system: Aggressive riding demands frequent brake maintenance. Brake pads and rotors wear faster under sport use than utility driving. Caliper rebuilds are periodic items on high-use machines.

Winch and electrical: The factory winch sees heavy use on trail rides for recovery. Winch rope and switch components are periodic replacement items. The electrical system handles EPS, winch, and lighting loads that can stress batteries and wiring.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Does the ZForce 800 share its engine with the CForce 800 ATV?

Yes. The ZForce 800, CForce 800, and UForce 800 all use the same 800cc V-twin engine. Engine internals cross over between all three platforms. The chassis, bodywork, and most external components are specific to each vehicle type.

Q: Are ZForce 800 Trail and EX parts interchangeable?

Engine and CVT components are shared. The Trail (50-inch) and EX (60-inch) differ in chassis width, A-arm length, and some suspension components. Front and rear A-arms, axle shafts, and width-specific chassis parts are not interchangeable between the two configurations.

Q: Does the ZForce 800 share parts with the ZForce 950?

No. The ZForce 800 uses an 800cc V-twin while the ZForce 950 uses a larger 963cc V-twin. Different engines, different chassis dimensions, different bodywork. No meaningful parts interchange exists between the two displacement classes.
